Dragon Courier: how a Bangkok courier doubled its Google clicks and got recommended by ChatGPT

In 3 months, Dragon Courier went from a website Google could barely read to 1,108 different searches showing its pages every 4 weeks, twice the clicks from Google and six times the visits from ChatGPT. Here is what we did and the numbers behind it, from Dragon Courier’s own Search Console and Google Analytics.

“I give them the highest recommendation that I can, genuinely a 10 out of 10 company. My company Dragon Courier, we’ve started to rank way higher on Google compared to before. I’ve even started asking customers when they find us how have you found us and they would say through ChatGPT.”

The client

Dragon Courier is an international courier based in Bangkok. It ships door to door from Thailand to the rest of the world, with duties and taxes included, and it specialises in exporting live plants, shipping for Bangkok tailors and parcels for online sellers. Its customers are both foreigners and Thais, so the website runs in English and Thai.

The starting point, July 2026

Before the work started, the website looked fine to a visitor but almost empty to Google and to AI assistants:

  • 22 pages in total, 11 in English and 11 in Thai.
  • Every page had the same title, “Dragon Courier”, and the same description, “Dragon Courier Demo”, left over from the website template.
  • No structured data and no language tags linking the English and Thai pages.
  • No Search Console and no Google Analytics, so there was no way to see what people searched or where customers came from.
  • In our test of 8 buyer questions on 31 July 2026 (for example “best courier for door-to-door delivery with duties included”), ChatGPT named Dragon Courier in 1 answer out of 8.

What we did: SEO, AEO and GEO

SEO, so Google understands the site. We gave every page its own title, description and main heading, added structured data (Organization, FAQ, Article) and linked each English page to its Thai version. Search Console and Google Analytics 4 went live on day one, 30 and 31 July 2026.

Content, one guide a day. We published 63 guides in English, each with a Thai version, between August and October 2026: country routes (USA, UK, Australia, the Philippines and more), plant export, tailoring shipments, customs and duties. Every price and transit time is checked against Dragon Courier’s own price list before it goes live.

AEO, so answers can be lifted from the page. Each guide opens with a short, direct answer under a question heading, with tables of prices and steps. The FAQ page holds 59 questions and answers, marked up for search engines.

GEO, so AI assistants recommend Dragon Courier. We wrote pages that AI assistants can quote: comparisons, clear facts with their source, and the Dragon Courier name tied to the services people ask about. On 14 August 2026 we published “5 Best Plant Export Services in Thailand”. Three days later it was the first result on Google for “best plant export services thailand”, the first source in Google’s AI Overview, and ChatGPT answered “my first choice would be Dragon Courier”.

The results

Search Console has data from 30 July 2026, the day we created the property, so the comparison is the first 4 weeks of work against the last 4 weeks.

ChatGPT now sends customers. Visits from ChatGPT, measured in Google Analytics:

Google Analytics 4Visits from ChatGPT
August 202647
September 2026135
October 2026 (1 to 29 October)237

Comparing the first 4 weeks of tracking (31 July to 27 August) with the last 4 weeks (2 to 29 October), ChatGPT visits went from 37 to 232. In our check of 1 September 2026, ChatGPT named Dragon Courier as the specialist for both questions we asked: which courier Bangkok tailors use for finished suits, and the best plant export services in Thailand.

More enquiries. Contact clicks from Google and AI visitors only (the site’s contact buttons, the contact links in the guides and WhatsApp; ads and social excluded) went from 180 in August to 235 in September and 361 in October 2026 (1 to 29 October): twice as many in two months.

What made the difference

  1. Fix what Google reads first. Unique titles, headings and structured data cost little and unlock everything else.
  2. One useful page per real question. People search “shipping from Thailand to the USA price”, not “international logistics solutions”. We wrote for the question, in English and in Thai.
  3. Facts, not slogans. Prices, transit times and customs rules, checked against the client’s own data. That is what Google ranks and what AI assistants quote.
  4. Measure from day one. Search Console and Google Analytics went live on day one, so every result above can be checked in the client’s own accounts.

What the numbers do not show

Most clicks still come from people who search the Dragon Courier name, and Google hides about 70% of searches for privacy, so the service searches above are the ones Google lets us see. Three months is an early result: rankings and AI answers keep changing, and we report them every month.
